Celebrating the life of
Tyra Cifreo
February 06, 1971 - September 26, 2012
"TY-TY"
6 Feb 71 – 26 Sept 12
Born February 6, 1971 in Hammond, Indiana, Tyra Elaine began her journey. As a child, she shared that journey with her sisters: Myra Jarvis, Michelle Sparks and Civility Bowling. Their separate, but joint journeys brought many a laughter and a tear to their mother: Joyce Harn Schuman. Additional siblings: Courtney Granat, Nicholas Schuman and Lindsay Schuman joined in her journey by way of her true daddy, Gilbert Granat, Jr. and her grafted dad, William Schuman. In the most treasured parts of her journey, Matthew Owens, Gregory Griffin and Dallas Deskins began their journeys, along with hers. Eventually Devin joined the journey, with Aiden Deskins soon to follow. Her journey changed when David Cifreo joined, bringing others into the journey. On the 26th of September 2012, her journey tragically ended in Denham Springs, Louisiana before Aiden's little brother or sister was able to join the journey. The broken pieces of the hearts of her family, her nieces and nephews, her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends are left to continue the journey with one less piece. She now journeys with loved ones before.

To Family, Friends and All those fortunate enough to have known Her, please accept my sincere condolences. I knew Tyra briefly, only a few short years...during this limited amount of time however; Tyra managed to leave an immensely positive and indelible impression on my life.
